Terms of Service

Intellectual Property

Our logo and mascot, Rip, are trademarked and protected under U.S. intellectual property laws.

Client Responsibilities

  • Preparation: Clear debris and secure loose items. Move objects away from exterior walls, and cover vents and electrical openings with plastic. Additionally, place any water-sensitive outdoor items, such as outdoor furniture or decorative items, inside your home to protect them during the cleaning process.

  • Water Supply: Ensure accessible on-site water supply for our use.

  • Access and Safety: Maintain clear access pathways. Inform us of any safety protocols at

    commercial properties.

  • We WILL NOT clean properties with low overhanging trees/limbs over rooflines. It is a hazard to both the drone and your property. Be sure to send us a picture if you are not sure if your house qualifies or not.

Services

  • Residential Cleaning: Low-pressure washing to remove organic debris. Includes a 1-year warranty against moss, mold, and mildew regrowth.

Exclusions to Warranty: Damage from external forces or structural changes post-service; warranty void if maintenance advice is not followed.
